Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bridge mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

In most cases, access to Bridge is provided through your employer or another organisation that has a contract with us. In that case, these Terms apply to you as an end user, in addition to our agreement with the organisation.

02

Who may use Bridge

You may use Bridge if:

You are responsible for keeping your login information and one-time codes confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

03

Nature of the service (no medical advice)

Bridge provides short audio sessions, video sessions and micro-interventions designed to support focus, recovery and mental fitness in everyday work.

Bridge:

Always seek advice from a qualified professional regarding any questions about your health. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

04

Acceptable use

You agree to use Bridge only for lawful purposes and in a way that is compatible with its intended purpose. In particular, you must not:

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you are misusing the Service or violating these Terms.

05

Intellectual property

All content and materials made available through Bridge — including text, audio, music, design, logos and software — are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of us or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable employer contract.

You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, sell, rent, or otherwise exploit the content beyond what is permitted by law or these Terms.

06

Employer relationship and anonymity

If your access to Bridge is provided by an employer or other organisation:

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between you and us. Your employment relationship remains solely with your employer.

07

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to provide a stable, high-quality service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.

We may modify, add or remove features or content over time (for example, to improve the user experience, address security issues or comply with law). Where possible and reasonable, we will inform you or your employer about significant changes.

08

Fees

In most cases, your employer or organisation pays for your access to Bridge under a separate contract. For you as an end user, the Service is normally provided without direct charge.

If individual paid features are introduced in the future, we will clearly explain any prices and conditions and ask for your explicit consent before charging you.

09

Disclaimer of warranties

Bridge is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that:

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where this is not permitted by law, for example in cases of intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health under applicable law.

11

Termination

You may stop using Bridge at any time. In many cases, you can request deletion of your account via the app or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or parts of it, with reasonable notice where:

Where legally required or reasonably possible, we will inform you or your employer before termination takes effect.

12

Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

13

Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of law rules.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered seat.

14

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will inform you in the app or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
