Who we are

Bridge is a digital companion that helps employees in demanding work environments take short mental recovery breaks and build healthier everyday habits. Access to Bridge is usually provided by your employer as part of a wellbeing program.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Bridge app and website — Emergize AG.

What Bridge does (and does not do)

Bridge offers short audio and micro-interventions ("Moments") that support focus, recovery and resilience in everyday work.

Bridge is not a medical product, crisis line or psychotherapy service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment for mental disorders. If you are in acute distress or crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional.

We collect and process only the data that is necessary to operate Bridge and improve the experience for you and your organisation.

Carefully selected third-party vendors who provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, or email/OTP delivery. They process data only on our instructions and under data-processing agreements.
